Brands and customers can sometimes talk a different language – it's one of the intrinsic joys and pains of our industry.

However, big problems occur when they can’t even find a way to understand each other.

In our ‘Customer Engagement 2019: Marketers' view’ report, we found a large and persistent difference between what people prefer and trust, and what brands actually do.

Take a look at our new infographic to discover the disparities:

  • Consumers like mail, marketers don’t use it
  • Brands believe face-to-face communications are the most trusted; customers disagree
  • 1 in 4 marketers still call customers, ignoring the fact that most people significantly dislike being contacted by phone

Scroll down to enjoy our latest infographic and learn where you should focus to improve your organisation’s communications with customers.
