Article 29 Working Party finally consults on its draft consent and transparency guidance

The Article 29 Working Party has published its draft guidance on consent and transparency under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The DMA will be submitting its own response to the Article 29 Working Party in the New Year. If you have any comments on the draft guidance then please send them to the DMA’s external affairs manager via email Zach.Thornton@dma.org.uk. The deadline for sending comments to Zach is 17 January 2018.
