I've been involved with the DMA Email Council for almost a year, passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience of the latest trends, insights and best practices to the wider community.
I'm curious about consumer insight and behaviour and what influences their decisions, being able to apply my creative & analytical skills is what attracted me to work in the email marketing space.
Having previously worked in the Not for Profit, FMCG, Publishing space and now in Education, I fell into email marketing early in my career whilst volunteering at Cancer Research UK during when I supported the e-Commerce team with their email marketing activities and has remained a key part of my career progression.
