I am a classical trained direct marketing leader with a history of delivering new and exciting projects, that answers a customer need through the appreciation data matched with power of insightful and relevant creative. I have launched, developed and optimised a range of businesses, products, propositions and experiences that utilise data and creativity to drive engagement, sales and customer life time value.

I am an active member of the DMA. I sit on the Customer Engagement Council and the Marketing Sustainability Working Group, and am the co-founder of the Black Marketers Council.
