I have deep experience in areas including Customer Experience (customer engagement, CRM, customer journey mapping, loyalty, service design), Brand Building (brand vision and mission development, global governance, ATL/integrated campaigns, social, experiential) and Employee Experience (employer branding, recruitment, digital & cultural transformation). I strive to connect the dots between disciplines, underpinned with a solid understanding of data and tech.
With both agency and client side experience gained via secondments, I enjoy nurturing sustainable and successful partnerships through understanding the motivations and needs of both.
I am experienced in both B2C and B2B and have worked across a broad range of sectors including telecommunications, travel & leisure, automotive, government, utilities, financial services, charity, healthcare, pharma, FMCG and retail.
