Lisa McLauchlan
Lisa's initial career was in the hospitality and tourism industry where she worked for 20 years in a variety of front and back of house roles.
It was during Lisa's 11 years at Apex Hotels that she was introduced into the world of marketing and a career where she gained a wide experience in most areas both offline and online.
Now in the DMA's Commercial Team, Lisa's focus is building the Scottish community, supporting the DMA Scotland's Council focus on AI and, attracting and supporting people into the industry.
