Lisa McLauchlan
Lisa's initial career was in the hospitality and tourism industry, where she worked for 20 years in various front and back-of-house roles.
During Lisa's 11 years at Apex Hotels, she was introduced to the world of marketing and a career where she gained knowledge in both offline and online marketing.
Following a sabbatical in the DMA Talent team, Lisa is now in the DMA's commercial team where her focus is building the Scottish community, supporting the DMA Scotland's Council focus on AI, supporting marketers and attracting and supporting people into the industry.
