Director of DMA Talent

Kate is a graduate of the University of the West of England in History and Marketing.

She started her career in a direct marketing agency in client services working with brands such as McVities, General Mills and Weetabix.

Kate now manages DMA Talent, a division of the DMA - the trade association which represents the data and marketing industry. DMA Talent’s purpose is to create a talent strategy for the industry attracting new recruits and helping them find their first role.

She works with businesses, education institutions and charities to create opportunities for young people to explore what the industry has to offer and is passionate about equipping young people with the skills and knowledge to start and build a career they will enjoy.
