Having spent the first half of her career working client side, Elaine has a great understanding of client expectations when outsourcing telemarketing activities. She has experience, as both a client and now a consultant to clients, of outsourcing and managing the outsource suppliers for inbound, outbound and customer service work in the UK and across Europe. Elaine served as Chair of the DMA's contact centre and telemarketing council (2011-2014) and is now leading the DMA's Taskforce on marketing to Vulnerable adults. Elaine is a Board Member of TPSL and has been a member of the FRSB's Advisory Forum since it's inception.
