Shaun has 30+ years’ experience in data, technology and creativity. Jacob Bailey Group is a Creative Business Services Group spanning Brand, Web Development, Digital, Integrated Marketing, POS and Packaging for global and national clients. The Group also includes a Destination Marketing Digital Platform business with over 25 Modules and a Data Driven Insights Dashboard. In addition, I currently fill positions as Chair, Non-Executive Director and member of the DMA’s Qualifications and Training Committee, having sat on the Qualifications Advisory Board for many years.

Previously, Chair of the DMA’s Creative Council, DMA Board NED for 6 years, including 3 years as Vice Chairman, contributing to a period of rapid and expansive modernisation, both structurally and culturally. During the transition the DMA merged with the IDM, managed the structure and impact of GDPR, created the industry adopted Code of Practice and became an award winning, more proactive, engaging and digitally embracing organisation. I have also personally been involved in many DMA initiatives spanning brand strategy and vision, youth development, mentoring and grand prix award judging to name but a few.
