GDMA infographic: optimism, customers and data

The results are in. The annual survey of international DMA groups has shown the latest one-to-one trends that concern the globe, and the trends are towards customers, data, and businesses are optimistic

Respondents were optimistic about the future of the data-driven industry, although at a slightly lower level than last year.

While last year the main channel concern was social, in 2016 this will switch to mobile.

More than 90% will focus on talking to customers by segmenting and analysing behaviour. with the vast majority - more than 80% - saying data is 'important'.
