Role Profile
As an Insight Analyst you will be in charge of providing analysis of data utilising a range of raw data sources that you will be provided with. You will have to deliver valuable and deliverable actionable schemes which will improve the orgaisation. you will also have to communicate with clients about new insightful ways of improving their companies and maintain positive relationships by ensuring that constant support and improvements to suoftware is provide dd. As an Insight analyst it will also in charge of providing opoortunities in a proactive manner for clients regularly. In your role you will be engaging with other operational departments closely such as development operations, customer relationship management and engineering.

Key responsibilities
Support the client and Customer Relationship Manager by being the providing insight on customer data and collating it an a presentation format
Addressing customer queries directly collaborating with the Insight Manager, and other deparments in order to understand the main problem and respond effectively
Provide insights on performance KPIs and timely communication to the client.
Leverage knowledge of data and products to collate excellent insight for the customer
Continuously demonstrate the value of our products and consistently trying to enhnce the product availble to bring good value of investment for clients
Support the Insight Manager and Relationship Manager in the delivery of client requirements and be prepared to present in meetings
Resolve problems that clients bring forward and respond in a organised manner finding the main cause of problems
Liaise with the software development teams for software changes.

Requirements
To be successful as an Insight Analyst you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in order to suggest solutions to problems swiftly
Have a good understanding of database interrogation and analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills in order explain your findings to people who don't understand the mechanics behind data analysis
Effective listening skills in order to understand company values and goals
Be resilient to try new ideas to stand out of other analysts, bring new ideas forward that are extraordinary
Good planning, time management and organisational skills when it comes to controlling workflow and meeting dealines
Be able to deliver under time pressured conditions and meet tight deadlines consistently
Great teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions
