Join our Legal and External Affairs teams for a two-hour briefing packed full of valuable information regarding regulation, politics, and policy – straight from our experts.
Our External Affairs Team will update you on the latest news and developments regarding:

There will also be an update on the DMA’s new campaigns as we look at the Campaign for Great British Creativity from an intellectual property rights perspective, and consider key insights from our new Value of Data campaign.
Our Legal team will address a few of our regular topics: our code of conduct work – complete with an update on our work with the European Trade Association FEDMA – and our ‘privacy by design and default’ work from the Privacy Task Force.
To round off the session, we’ll be holding an open discussion on Legitimate Interest vs Consent in marketing and with reference to the GDPR, which will seek to answer a variety of questions regarding the application of LI vs consent.
