Much like the DMA Code, the GDPR put the consumer at the heart of what you do.
And, with social media being used as a direct way for your customers to talk to you and give you valuable feedback, it's important you keep your social data protected, your consumer cared for, and make sure their data is handled appropriately by your internal teams.
