He has extensive experience of leading strategic teams that consult on digital marketing and drive customer success and has sat on the Email Council since 2012.

Sadly, probably a laptop (with internet access). When I went travelling around South America, my ‘luxury’ item was a football. This wasn’t easy when I was getting on a plane.
