Director of Membership
As Director of Membership at the DMA, Tej is responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring that members are making the most of all that their DMA membership has to offer.
He heads up a team of 10 account managers, business development managers, account executives and a department head, guiding them as they build relationships that are mutually beneficial and long-lasting. Using his 10 plus years of commercial client relationship experience, Tej also plays a key role in developing and overseeing the membership retention strategy and adapting it, as the data driven marketing industry (and the DMA) evolves.
Prior to joining the DMA, Tej worked for FTSE100 company, the Reed Elsevier Group, providing information solutions for professionals. He has also owned his own private investment business, and won the Asian Trader Award for best newcomer to business in 2006.
