Ticket booking terms & conditions
1. The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. The delegate and employer are jointly and severally liable for payment for all the fees due to the DMA.
2. A confirmation email and VAT receipt will be emailed to you as acknowledgement of your booking.
3. Payment must be tendered immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
4. Cost of the event may be subject to change.
5. Your fee includes food, reception & table drinks (excluding champagne & spirits)
6. Cancellations will be accepted and monies will be refunded (less 20% administration charge) up to 2nd November 2017. No refunds will be made after 3rd November 2017. Cancellations must be made in writing.
7. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timing or venue of the event.
8. The DMA accepts no liability for any expenses incurred as a result of changes made to the event.
9. The DMA will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays incurred by a delegate and in such circumstances no refund will be given.
10. To the extent by law, DMA will not be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting omitting to act or refraining from acting in reliance upon the course material or presentation of the course or, except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the price of the course, arising from or connected with any error or omission in the course material or presentation of the course. Consequential loss shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses.
11. The DMA shall not be responsible for failure to carry out an event due to factors outside the control of either party, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, shortages of material or labour, fire, flood, criminal acts or unexpected failure of properly maintained and serviced machinery or equipment.
