What will you be looking for from the work in your category?

I'll be looking for exemplars of work which showcase how the tools in the copywriting toolkit can change the stories of customers, brands and businesses.

What are your predictions for the 2017 DMA Awards?

I hope we'll continue to see the collaboration of creativity, technology and intelligence to bring more impactful ideas to life.

I think winning entries will show how brands are transforming their role in solving not only consumer and business problems, but social, political and environmental problems too.

And I'd love to see more work that crosses that line of entainment and utility to become a product in itself, and part of our culture.

Overall, it'd be great to see work that marks the rebirth of 'agencies' as being about more than their clients' messages, but their products, services, customer experience and impact too.
