We have a brilliant mix of nationalities within our committee, and for all the budding chefs among us, we thought it would be great for you all to get a taste of their favouirite holiday treats from home.

Sticking to the sweet theme, it is Christmas afer all, Anna brings us Italian Croccante.

It’s a typical Christmas street food dessert, sold all winter long. The origin of Croccante is Arab and was introduced in Italy in the XIII Century.
