DMA Awards Night 2021 - Entry Protocol

Your safety is of paramount importance to the DMA. Therefore, we require all guests to show their NHS COVID PASS on arrival, proving a negative lateral flow test, or that they are double vaccinated.

Further to this, we encourage all guests to take a lateral flow test regardless of vaccination status before arrival.

This is exceeding the current UK Government guidance, and if there are any changes, we will be in contact via email to update you as soon as possible.

Please note, vaccination cards and physical negative lateral flow tests will not be accepted by security.

How to get your NHS COVID PASS:

Proof of vaccination status, or a negative lateral flow test must be logged on the NHS app. This is different from the NHS COVID-19 app and you can download the NHS app on an apple device here or an android device here.

In order to get your COVID PASS, you will need to create an NHS log in if you haven’t already. You can create an NHS long in here.

For those double vaccinated:

Once you have set up your NHS profile, you can create you COVID PASS by generating your unique QR code within the app.

After 14 days of having your second vaccination your COVID pass will be available automatically on your NHS profile, you can get this pass by logging into the NHS app or logging in on the NHS website here.

For those providing a negative lateral flow test:

Once you have set up your NHS profile, you will need to log your negative lateral flow test here.

Your negative lateral flow test must be logged no later than 24 hours after taking it and cannot be taken any earlier that 48 hours before the event.

Once you have logged your negative test, your Covid pass will be available to download ether via the NHS app or by logging in on the NHS website here.
