DMA Awards Next Gen Judge

In 2023 the DMA Awards introduced a new type of judge, the Next Gen Judge, for those aged 30 and under who have had a minimum of three years industry experience.

The initiative was created to engage rising talent within the Data & Marketing industry and ensure that the DMA Awards judging process has perspectives from the whole industry.

There is one slot for a Next Gen Judge available in each category, with a total of 36 places this year.

You can only be a Next Gen Judge once, if successful the following year you must apply as a standard judge.
