"When I started in advertising, there were only five channels"

The DMA's Future writers' labs have kicked off, and one thing's clear: a copywriter's job just ain't what it used to be. One scholar, who's been in the biz for a while, remarked that there were only five channels when she began her career.

This was in response to an exercise that called on the students to list available channels for their task to reach a million people. Here's what they said:

Then things went a bit left-field.

In the coming weeks, scholars will be launching their projects in the hope to reach a million people. Stay tuned, and you might be one of them.
