Introducing Bray Leino CX

Bray Leino CX is a new Agency purely focused on helping businesses find and engage customers.

Our team combines strategic, creative and digital expertise of what was formerly Bray Leino Yucca, with technical capabilities from across Bray Leino Group.

In an environment where digital innovation is driving unprecedented shifts in customer expectation across both consumer and business spaces, our remit is to identify and address Clients’ customer experience challenges.

With channel neutrality made possible by diverse capabilities, and through the backing of the wider Bray Leino Group, we have the freedom to deliver end-to-end consultancy, project delivery and measurement, with total objectivity.

Giles Lee, Commercial Director at The Mission Group said: “This move is a direct response to market demand. To negotiate the current landscape, businesses require Agency partners that can help them understand and leverage rapidly changing customer expectations.”

Econsultancy’s 2018 Digital Trends Report notes:

“Companies continue to focus on the customer experience (CX), as well as the content required to facilitate this. Organisations committed to CX are shown to outperform their peers.”

Alan Thorpe, MD, Bray Leino CX said "The future of most organisations is tied up with meeting the customer experience challenge. The answer often touches many different parts of a business, spanning traditionally separate functions and making the required change difficult.

Our ‘Whole Picture Thinking’ approach simplifies that change through a process of ‘identification, rapid proof of concept, value measurement, and rollout’. With this approach, we can help our Clients close the gap between customer expectation and experience."

CX Innovation Club: we’re also very excited to launch our new round-table event series. ‘CX Innovation Club’ - a bi—monthly forum for business leaders across different sectors to share CX experiences, challenges and best practice, in a closed environment.
