DMA Talent director Kate Burnett on This Week with John Nicolson

The DMA has been working hard developing our neurodiversity schemes. These aim to help people in society with Asperger’s or autism to integrate and be better represented in day-to-day life.

The DMA’s schemes have a particular focus on employment in the data and marketing industry. This industry is particularly apt for those with Asperger’s or autism due to the abundance of roles which have a numerical focus – something that those with autism or Asperger’s are particularly adept at.
