DMA GDPR B2B Twitter Q&A

On April 11^th, the DMA’s GDPR experts John Mitchison and Zach Thornton took over our Twitter account to respond to the questions of the B2B world regarding GDPR.

It was encouraging to see the complexity and specificity of the questions. This alluded to the fact that many people are now switched on about GDPR and what it might mean for their business.

Many questions about processing, consent and legitimate interest were fielded along with more general queries on keeping customer data and practices such as cold calling.
