DMA Breakthrough Award


The DMA Breakthrough Award runs in partnership with the DMA Awards and the GRT, and returns for 2018 with Direct Line sponsoring and providing the brief. Take a gander at it here.

The brief is distributed amongst universities, colleges and anywhere else you might find young creatives knocking around. They have until this Sunday 11th November to pull together a response to show how they would reposition Direct Line to a younger audience.

The GRT trustees will then gather to debate the entries after which, they’ll decide the final 3 teams to invite to a central London location to present their ideas in front of a panel of industry experts. The teams are then invited to rub shoulders with the finest in the industry at the DMA Awards where they’ll find out if they took bronze, silver or gold. It’s really pretty cool for someone looking to get into the industry.
