Just before Christmas the EU Council and Parliament finally reached agreement on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The final text will likely be published in the EU Journal in May 2016.

In the meantime, it is being translated in to the many languages of the EU and thoroughly checked by a small army of Brussels lawyers. Once published in the EU Journal the official two year implementation period will begin.

Two years may feel like a long way off but given the scale of change in the GDPR, but it will fly by so there is no time to waste in taking steps to become compliant.

The time to act is now.

This area of the website will host everything GDPR including; articles, infographics, detailed compliance guidance, how best to prepare guides, events, webinars and much more, and you can find a link on the left hand navigation too.
