Acquiring new customers is essential for business growth. So knowing where to find them and what works is not just useful. It's essential.
We are currently experiencing a particularly high volume of bookings. If you'd like to be added to the waiting list please email Lucy Chapman.
Come and join us at London's Ham Yard Hotel on 15 October and be amongst the first to learn what your potential customers feel strongly about. Are they prepared to be acquired? What are the best messages and channels that turns them from a prospect in to a customer?
We launched the first Customer Acquisition Barometer in 2014, looking at what was most important to consumers when brands want their business.
This year, in partnership with The Media Octopus we have evolved the program and expanded it to include B2B, as well as B2C.
You'll learn about customer attitudes towards different channels and messaging, whether those are business or high street customers.
The results will be chaired by DMA group board member Caroline Worboys, who will introduce case studies and a panel discussion. We'll even throw in breakfast too.
Whether you're a huge multinational or a start-up, you'll find the information to find those customers your business needs to grow.
If you're yet to complete the survey, please do so here. Those that do will receive a complete copy of the findings.
Earn valuable points towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme by attending DMA events. Attend this event and you will receive 2 CPD Points.
