Steve has had 20 years' experience working with both client brands and suppliers in customer engagement, contact centres and outsourcing consultancy. Deputy Chair of the DMA's Contact Centre Council and a member of the Governance Committee, Steve is helping develop perspectives on compliance and regulation, including the GDPR and 2018 Data Protection Act. Steve delivers Privacy & Compliance training modules for the IDM.
Steve and his colleagues at Channel Doctors are focused on aligning and optimising brands' customer facing sales, distribution and service channels.
