As a Marketing Manager in the RSPCA's Individual Giving team, I lead the charge in shaping warm communication strategies for our dedicated, committed giving base. With over 8 years of experience in the third sector as a marketer and fundraiser, I deeply appreciate direct mail's role in income protection and generation. Beyond my role at the RSPCA, I am the Deputy Chair of the DMA's print council, a contributing member of the DMA's Sustainability Hub, and a Trustee for the Friends of Chichester Harbour.
