What I do – As Operations Director, with almost 20 years experience in the Direct Mail and Transactional Mail industries, I am responsible for all internal operations. These include data, transactional communications, call centre, response handling, scanning, warehouse and logistics. My remit is to produce and deliver a 'best in class' operation to all external clients and internal customers from a number of sites. I am also responsible for ensuring corporate goals are met and the business is strategically well positioned.
