Leo Hugo works at Model Planners, where he helps brands make sense of individual-level customer data and use it in 1-to-1 communications. He has extensive experience in designing data-driven multi-channel marketing strategies for market-leading brands. His work combines creative concepts, data and digital functionality into highly engaging user experiences – with quantifiable results at all stages of the customer lifecycle. Leo is a Non-Executive Director on the DMA board, and was previously Chairman of the DMA's Social Media Council.
