Kelly is Client Services Director at Parkhouse Agency, part of the Paragon Customer Communications group. Kelly has over 18 years of CRM, campaign management and customer journey planning experience, across all digital communication channels but also Inbound and Outbound call centre campaigns and printed Direct Mail. Her passion is to use the power of data to drive interactive, relevant customer communications that lead to measurable results and great customer experience. She has worked client-side and agency side across a range of industries, including Telecommunications, Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services and Charities. And is delighted to be at the forefront of email marketing by now being a member of the DMA Email Council.
