We take feeds of transactional data into the Airship CRM, creating customer profiles with relational data from booking, WiFi, Feedback, EPOS, unique codes and loyalty platforms. This allows us to create a single customer view and activate segment-relevant content which is delivered through campaigns and customer journeys by email, SMS and call; all designed to drive a higher ROI. We have applications for gifting, feedback and WiFi all built in.
We have established integrations with Collins (Design My Night), Purple WiFi, Zonal, InMoment, LiveRES, Sky Cloud, Polaris, Quandoo, OpenTable, Wireless Social and many more. Our platform is API driven (meaning that we can integrate with anyone willing). Data is the key; the more we can collect, the better your customers’ experience and the easier the sales conversion.
