Key responsibilities
- Be a confident speaker and be able to work. well with groups
- Find opportunities for third party events and communicate with organisers
- Develop and keep project schedules up to date
- Have a marketing plan for events and implement intuitive ways of getting this across to different audiences
- Have strong interpersonal skills in ensuring a good working relationship with collegues and environment
- Work on projects with volunteers and help train and supervise them during events
- Recruitment plans must be in place when preparing for events to ensure that everything runs smoothly

Requirements
Excellent communications skills when liasing with companies and supervising volunteers
Have a good level of confidence when dealing with volunteers in projects
Be able to work independently as well as in a group when working with different departments and volunteers
Be very organised and have good time keeping skills as well as being able to manage multiple projects at once
Have some knowledge of using Excel when managing events to ensure it is planned methodically
Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines constantly as it is an intense role
