Role Profile
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your main responsibility is to support the execution and implementation of marketing campaigns across on and offline channels including: Email, Social Media, PPC, Display Advertising, Print Advertising and Direct Mail.
You’ll thrive on working in a fast paced, busy environment, and it’s essential that you’re well organised and have a keen eye for detail. You'll work with multiple teams across the business, so its essential that you have great interpersonal skills and can build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Monitoring and manage website content updates with SEO in mind
- Executing marketing activities using search engine marketing (organic and paid), social media marketing, web and email marketing
- Help to develop annual plans for campaigns, focusing on search engine marketing and digital marketing channels
- Working with the marketing team to create and execute detailed marketing plans across integrated online and offline channels
- Ensuring marketing campaigns optimised to reflect effective ROI
- Execution of marketing campaigns for membership acquisition and renewal across online and offline channels
- Monitor and manage customer enquiries, feedback and issues
- Tracking and report weekly and monthly leads
- Support the sales team with providing marketing and product brochures when requested
- You will develop a strong understanding of our products/services and the key markets we operate in.

Requirements
If you are to be successful, you should have a strong interest in marketing, understanding its core principles, and be familiar with both on and offline channels.
You must have strong communication skills both verbal and written, excellent attention to detail, and great organisational and planning skills to ensure every part of each campaign you are working on come together on time.
