Both Academies are free to attend, and will take place online via Zoom. You must be able to attend all three days of the Academy you are applying for.

Applications for the Scotland Academy have now closed.

Applications for the UK wide Academy close 30 June 2021.

Which Creative Data Academy are you applying for? *

Both Academies will take place online, please only select one. You must be able to attend all three days of the Academy you are applying for.

The Scotland Academy is aimed at retaining and attracting talent within and to Scotland, and will feature input from Scotland-based businesses. If you study in Scotland, we suggest that this is the one you apply for.

Why do you want to attend the Creative Data Academy? *

The Creative Data Academy is about participating and working with others. You don't always have to be the one with your hand in the air or leading the group BUT, what will you bring to our party? *

What work experience do you have? This can be full time, part time, apprenticeship or voluntary.... they all count. *

Data has been proven effective in helping medical research. What other national or international issues do you think data could help to provide solutions for? *

Your marketing agency has been briefed on a new project, looking at store based options for merchandising a new VR game - it's fascinating but what's the bit that gets you really excited? *

1. Getting underneath the business problem and making recommendations2. Identifying, obtaining and integrating the data required3. Creating cross tabulations from the data and working with data visualisation tools to interpret the data4. Telling stories with the data and enabling others to engage with it and help the business realise benefit from the work
