The DMA’s Vulnerable Taskforce has created an internal document to help you care and support consumers who face specific challenges. Hear from KMB, BBC, Maggie's and more at this workshop to learn how to apply the framework to what you do.
Our Vulnerable Taskforce recently unveiled a template for a new internal policy document to help your business work better with vulnerable consumers.
Join this workshop session and learn how to use the template, hear from the experts behind the work and case studies on how to use the policy.
You will find:
- Key definitions around key terminology in catering for vulnerable consumers
- Principles to adhere to – or adapt to – depending on your business circumstances
- Guidance on how to define roles and responsibilities in your organisation
The internal policy framework is covered in-depth by DMA Vulnerable Taskforce members:
- Elaine Lee, managing director, ReynoldsBusbyLee
- Jacqui Crawley, owner and managing director, KMB
There are case studies on how to use the framework from:
- Louise Wright, senior policy advisor, BBC
- Matt Radford, supporter development manager, Maggie’s
We then close with a panel discussion with Lynda Fletcher from MBNA joining us to bring together all you have heard and learnt during the session.
Get the help you need to have the right conversations, the right way, with the people who require careful consideration.
