The GDPR will come into effect in May 2018. A little more than a year away.
In the meantime, our national authority the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and the main European national data protection authorities, known as the Article 29 Working Party, have issued their advice on how to implement the regulation.
This webinar will clarify the current policy and explain how it will change from May 2018, featuring practical advice from DMA Solicitor James Milligan, who has tracked the progress of the GDPR for more than a decade.
