DMA Awards Judging 2021 - Covid Protocols
Your safety and comfort are paramount during the DMA Awards Judging and with that in mind we’ve put together a few extra steps that we are taking and recommend you consider to ensure the safety of everyone.
Alongside the guidance of the venue 30 Euston Square we have incorporated our company guidelines to ensure we have a smooth and successful event.
Venue
- Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venue and in each judging room
- Judging rooms will be cleaned between each judging session
- iPads will be cleaned before each judging session
- Judging rooms will be well-ventilated with windows remaining open
- Lifts in the venue have reduced capacity
- Enhanced cleaning throughout the venue
Judges and DMA Staff
- Temperature will be taken upon arrival
- We strongly encourage all staff and judges to be double vaccinated
- We strongly encourage everyone takes a lateral flow test within 24 hours prior to judging
- Face masks are not required, but we do ask that you respect those who choose to wear one
- Social distancing is not mandatory but please maintain a respectful distance where possible
If you test positive and your category is being judged face-to-face please do not attend and email us on awards.judges@dma.org.uk to let us know
