The 2022 DMA Awards Annual - sustainability in the spotlight

Did you know that the 2022 DMA Awards Annual is packed with sustainability credentials?
Yes, it’s still the same big book that celebrates the brave brands and inspiring agencies that the industry has come to expect. But for the past two years, we have worked closely with our Print Partner, Geoff Neal Group, to ensure the Annual is as packed with sustainability credentials as it is with Award winners.
A Greener Awards Annual
Sustainability in printing is twofold: meeting the current needs and expectations in a sustainable way while ensuring better outcomes for future generations.
The Annual has been printed with water-based coatings and vegetable-based inks, and the cover has been matt laminated with a biodegradable laminate.
As a result, the Annual has been accredited and certified compliant with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). And with a view to the future protection of our ecosystems, Geoff Neal are a certified carbon balanced printer with The World Land Trust (WLT). Supported by patron Sir David Attenborough, the WLT are an international conservation charity that protects the world’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats.
We look forward to working with Geoff Neal and all our other partners and sponsors as we plan the 2023 Awards to ‘Go Further’ to meet our environmental and sustainable pledges.
