Wood for Trees awarded Apteco Partner of the Year 2019
04 Dec 2019
Wood for Trees Ltd is delighted to announce that the company has been awarded ‘Apteco UK Partner of the Year 2019’ at the recent Apteco Partner Apex event, held ahead of the annual user group conference. This award marks the culmination of many years of work to implement and use the Apteco suite of products for, and on behalf of, clients across the not-for-profit and commercial landscape.
Matthew Tamea, Solutions Director at Wood for Trees said, “We are all extremely proud to have been awarded Apteco UK Partner of the Year 2019, and very happy to be recognised by Apteco for our commitment to their fantastic product suite. Working generally in the not-for-profit sector, the award is made all the sweeter by the thought that Wood for Trees together with Apteco help to make the world just that little bit better and we can’t wait to continue that journey.”
Wood for Trees has been an Apteco partner since 2010, with consultants also having used the Apteco Marketing Suite in prior roles. The Wood for Trees base of client systems quickly developed with a mix of both on premise enterprise users and hosted bureau solutions. With a heritage and specialism of providing great insights and services for the not-for-profit sector, Wood for Trees efficiently create FastStats databases to cover popular fundraising CRM systems, such as Care, Raisers Edge, ThankQ, Progress and Salesforce. With the recent rise in popularity of MS Dynamics the creation of yet further system integrations to meet clients’ needs has been sparked.
Matthew continues; ”Our ever-growing experience of these charity systems enables us to create new instances of Apteco systems for our clients without delay, tying together fantastic analytical work from our insight team, complex data manipulation and automation from our data engineers, and class leading consultancy in the creation and usage of the resulting Apteco system.”
As the digital age continues to extend exponentially, the need to join offline and online systems to deliver a seamless personalised experience becomes increasingly important to allow the execution of a supporter engagement strategy covering the wide and varying requirements of their stakeholders. The partnership of Wood for Trees with the Apteco Marketing Suite combines perfectly to fulfil these requirements.
The software provides a fast, graphical, easy to use interface onto potentially complex data, putting the exploration, creativity and action directly in the hands of the data user. Multiple integrations between digital and online platforms allow a two-way data exchange for efficient, automated campaign activities, and the sharing of results with colleagues is made possible through the online Orbit interface. Add to this the sector experience from Wood for Trees and clients can realise a return on their investment much quicker than might otherwise be the case.
Simon Fletcher, Business Development Director at Apteco added, “Wood for Trees has consistently shown how they can grow our business together by supporting end clients in delivering the solutions they need. Year on year they deliver new projects and importantly retain existing clients. They are a pleasure to work with and we are extremely happy that in 2019 they have become Apteco Partner of the Year.”
