Chair of the Board, Tony Miller said: "We're delighted to welcome Caroline and Al to the DMA Board. At the DMA we unite the brightest minds and most diverse disciplines - connecting creativity with rigour, technology with ethics and brands with customers who trust them. Adding their leadership and skillset to the DMA Board will further accelerate our work to raise the bar - so customers trust, brands grow, and marketing stays powerful."

Al's career spans the client-agency boundary, featuring notable clients such as Harvey Nichols, KFC, IKEA, and Google, culminating in his current role as Chief Creative Officer at RAPP. Creating engaging customer experiences and bringing brands to life is Al’s forte, leveraging deep empathy and a wealth of creativity, skills he already brings to the Awards Committee.

Caroline joined the DMA early in her career and has become a model of success. She believes in the power of data, belonging, and the next generation. With the DMA as a constant companion, Caroline began her career as a planner at Advertising Principles, progressing through Proximity, LIDA/M&C Saatchi, and RAPP to her current role at Wonderhood Studios and as Chair of the Awards Committee.

Together they bring a creative conscience shaped by empathy, insight and purpose and the passion to connect our community with young talent, to inspire them and help them to thrive.
