Tim Bond, Head of Insight at the DMA, discussed the importance of AI to businesses and brands at the recent AI Summit in London.
‘AI is really integral for businesses and brands who want to engage their customers. It’s really going to be the thing that enables them to make smart and intelligent decisions and to offer customers really unique experiences. It’s been done for a number of years through other technologies, but AI allows this to be done at scale. As long as AI is used in a way that is clearly purpose-built, that’s where customers can see the real value.’
