The ICO is reviewing its privacy notice guidance

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has revised its guidance on how best to put together privacy notices. The guidance can be viewed here.

The new guidance has been created with the GDPR in mind and so goes beyond current law in some instances. It will also require fine tuning once the GDPR final text is published.
