After conducting a thorough competitive pitch, SHARP CO-LAB has been

appointed by HomeServe, one of the UK’s leading home assistance providers, as

its strategic partner to help lead the way on their digitally-enabled transformation,

with a view to complete the work by 2020.

The Shoreditch-based digital agency has been tasked with helping the brand

improve Customers’ digital experience to make it effortless for them. While SHARP

CO-LAB will start by re-defining the brand’s digital strategy and developing a

three-year transformation roadmap, the view is that very soon after that it will

move to developing and implementing a number of initiatives including mobile

apps, user experience improvements, platform innovation and integrated social

media.

Neil Westlake-Guy, HomeServe’s Director of Digital, said: ‘HomeServe is

committed to delivering effortless service to our Customers, and part of the way

we do this is to be forward-thinking, seeking innovations that will ultimately

improve the experiences our Customers have with us and help to keep life moving

for them. To help us move forward with our digital transformation vision, it was

important for me to find the right partner. We recognise the enormous

opportunity for innovative, well-designed & integrated digital tools to enhance

our Customers’ experiences. As soon as we started talking to SHARP CO-LAB we

knew they were the perfect fit for us, sharing many similar values to us.’

‘This is a huge and important win for the agency. We’re grateful for the

opportunity to work with HomeServe over the next few years’, said Eli Pinto, Co-founder

, and CEO of SHARP CO-LAB. ‘In the home assistance industry where

customer experience is so fundamental, having an agency partner that can be

flexible and adapt to change is vital. The sector is rapidly changing with digital

innovations around customer self-serve opportunities, smart home products and

on-demand service models. This is exactly the kind of challenge we like.’

This win comes only a few weeks after the agency’s big launch event, which took

place at The Shard and gathered over 100 industry leaders across some of the

world’s best-loved brands. Work will begin immediately on the new digital

strategy roadmap.
