Two leading print firms have successfully completed a merger deal to become a multi-million-pound business.

Huddersfield firm, Mr Flyer has joined forces with Brighouse-based Flow Solutions to create a £2.5m turnover company.

Flow Solutions, one of the UK’s leading mail and fulfilment houses works with a variety of leading blue-chip PLC’s including Virgin, Cadbury and B&Q, delivering successful direct mail campaigns and related services.

Founded in 2011, Mr Flyer is a multi-award-winning leaflet distribution company which collaborates with all industries throughout the UK and specialises in estate agents, schools and home improvements businesses.

The move came following an introduction from a business advisor who thought that the two businesses would be a seamless fit with both firms offering complementary services.

Flow Solutions director and co founder, Richard Standing comments of the merger: “The deal unites the core strengths that both companies bring to the table to create a much stronger business offering. We’re anticipating significant growth due to the synergy between both firms, it’s a very exciting time for us.”

Mr Flyer founder, Andrew Robinson added: “As a business, Mr Flyer needed to progress to the next level and this merger deal has allowed both businesses to have the scope to grow considerably.”

The deal retains all members of staff from both businesses and the Mr Flyer office has relocated to the Flow Solutions head office in Brighouse.
