JICMAIL WEBINAR: The role of mail in the FCA's Consumer Duty shake up

Following consultation, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) are introducing final rules and guidance for a new Consumer Duty. Due to be implemented in July 2023, this will set higher and clearer standards of consumer protection across financial services and require firms to put their customers’ needs first.

One of the key strands will be Consumer Understanding – and ensuring that consumers are getting the information they need, at the right time in a way that they can understand. With particular relevance for financial services brands and all firms involved in the distribution of financial services to retail customers, JICMAIL is hosting a webinar to explore the role mail can play in helping to meet these higher standards and the effects of mail in conveying complex financial information and providing support to vulnerable users.

Join our webinar to hear from Ian Gibbs, Director of Data Leadership and Learning, JICMAIL, along with a guest expert, and learn more about the place mail plays in delivering good customer outcomes.
