JICMAIL scales up its Response Rate Tracker for 2024

Response Rate Tracker 2024 - now available in JICMAIL Discovery

JICMAIL has published the second wave of our Response Rate Tracker, increasing the power of this data-set to provide response benchmark data for any business or organisation pitching, planning or evaluating a mail campaign.

The Response Rate Tracker 2024 reveals new Direct Mail and Door drop benchmarks from over 2,300 campaigns and thirteen contributing organisations. The latest results reveal that the average warm Direct Mail campaign has a response rate of 7.9%, cold Direct Mail 0.9% and Door Drops 0.6%.

Response Rate Tracker data is now available to all JICMAIL subscribers through a new interactive dashboard viewable in JICMAIL Discovery. See industry benchmarks across Direct Mail and Door Drops for 22 sector and product categories including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Average Order Value (AOV) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics.
