Today's theme is Dealing with problems. Organisations need a clear process for complaint handling which recognises that the way problems are dealt with can be as important for customers as the eventual outcome.
National Customer Service Week is a week long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy. It is vital that we look after our customers in this day in age. We invest so much time and resource into marketing to help build brands and it can take just seconds for an unhappy customer to tarnish your reputation and put your brand down due to a bad experience.
