ICO Legitimate Interest Guidance Released

Following industry uncertainty and the plethora of questions surrounding the legitimate interest topic, the ICO has today released their guidance regarding this part of the GDPR legislation.

The ICO's guidance provides extensive explanations and case studies which clarify many of the issues considered in every area of business.
